CANCELLATION POLICY
Booking & Cancellation Policy * Deposits are non-refundable. * A valid credit card is required to secure your appointment. * At least 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% service fee. * No-shows will incur a 50% service fee. * After two last-minute cancellations or no-shows, 100% of the service price will be charged for future occurrences. * We understand emergencies happen.
