CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that life happens! To provide the best service for all our clients, we require at least 5 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. • Appointments canceled with less than 5 hours’ notice will forfeit the deposit fee. • No-shows will also result in loss of deposit. Deposits are applied toward your treatment at the time of booking. Thank you for understanding and helping us respect everyone’s time!
